Please submit your request using the form below, and we will do our level best to get back to you within 24 hours, though often within 1-2 hours.
The delay could mean that our emails are being blocked by your spam filter. It might not be just your email client that is filtering, others might be doing it in the background as well. Your email server may be overzealous with attachments, and does not let it through to your email client. Also another issue we have had is that the email gets bounced back for whatever reason.
Once we receive your message, we will resend the registration information to your current and alternate email addresses. If it does not show up in your inbox shortly, check your junk mail folder. Make sure your spam filter does not block messages from us. If your email provider actively filters spam, please add "sales (@) heaventools.com" to your address book to ensure prompt delivery.
